About Cyclinic

Aiden is our owner-director at Cyclinic. He has been racing bikes at an Elite level for over 20 years, and is the Cannondale, Fox and Push suspension guru. Aiden worked at Cannondale for several years and has developed a strong passion for their suspension systems, and is also a formally qualified technician for Cannondale, Fox and Rockshox suspension systems. Aiden loves bikes, is super passionate, and is the brains behind Cyclinic. Favourite quote - “The ruts are where everybody else rides”

Shaun is our valued suspension technician, bringing a wealth of knowledge with him from his riding, racing and working endeavours from all over the globe. Shaun is a guru on all suspension systems including Cannondale, Push, Fox and Rockshox and is probably the most meticulous, cleanest mechanic in the country. Shaun also happens to be the personal wrench for Richie Rude, and spends part of the year traveling with the fast man from Yeti throughout the EWS season.

Jason is our in-house 'Enduro-Bro' and workshop manager. Jason is also one of our highly valued suspension technicians, and spends his oily days working his magic on forks and rear shocks. Jason comes to Cyclinic with a sound understanding of all things suspension, and has worked in the retail and mechanical sides of the bike industry.

Heather is our awesome in house administration manager, and is a crucial part of the Cyclinic ship, keeping it steered in the right direction with regards to all things accounts and admin. Heather rides bikes too, and she's been known to shred the local a new one on her trusty steed.

'Tapey' is one of our senior technicians. He has worked the bike industry for multiple decades, and spends his days spinning wrenches in our upstairs rear shock workshop. His industry experience and knowledge is second to none, and he can corner like no other man, on 26"

'G' is another of our senior technicians. G quietly boasts a huge understanding of all things mtb suspension, and is also pretty damn handy on 2 wheels. He has a keen eye for detail both in his work at Cyclinic and his mtb videography interests. His years of DH riding and racing experience makes for a great knowledge base on getting the most out of your suspension.

'MSM' is our Junior do-it-all mad shredder who shares the love of working with the best brands in MTB suspension. Still just a pup, but he has a strong technical understanding of the suspension ins and outs and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to assisting with servicing, and order processing. Oscar also does a bunch of skills coaching and can tear it up at the pointy end across several cycling disciplines!

Levi loves to send it, which makes him a match made in heaven for our dispatch team. In between stints racing his bike around the globe, and long days in the local hills, Levi plays an integral part in the processing of customer orders and service jobs.

Ed is our newest member to the team, and joins Levi in the dispatch team, overseing the daily processing of customer orders and service jobs. Ed is also a mad keen shredder on two wheels, and has quite the taste for adventure, be it on foot, wheels, or in the 'Valley' (if you know, u know). Welcome to the team Ed!
