Q: What is carried out in a typical service by Cyclinic?
A: Each service at Cyclinic begins with a thorough inspection and test of the fork/shocks condition. We then clean the fork/shock, and release any air pressure. Next up, we remove the lowers or the air can, and deconstruct, dumping all the old oil and seals. All components are then cleaned using an exclusive isopropyl formula, inspected for damage or wear and we then complete the service quote if required. ALL seals are replaced and the fork or shock is rebuilt with new high performance suspension fluid. The fork or shock is then inflated to customer’s recommended pressure using nitrogen. The fork or shock's function is checked, and is tested for any air loss over a 12hour minimum testing period before getting boxed and prepped for sending home to its owner.
Q: What is the turnaround time for services?
A: *For current service turnaround times, see our booking page.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on service work?
A: Yes, we provide a 3 month service warranty from date of service. This warranty is subject to our discretion and may not cover your recently serviced fork, shock or seatpost if it is subject to wear or misuse.
