The new FOX GRIP X damper is aimed specifically at trail and enduro riders and was designed to deliver a high performance on the trail, both up and downhill. The GRIPX is 120g lighter than GRIPX2, but maintains a comparable degree of traction and predicability. The Firm Mode engages at the final click of high-speed compression, and is easily accessible when climbing.
Upgrading your damper? The Grip X is far more sensitive and has a distinctively plusher feel than earlier generation FIT4 and FIT RC2 dampers. It is also backwards compatible to Fox 36 forks from 2015.
