Push offer 7 different coil spring weights with preload cap and spacers for the perfect setup.  See the spring chart for guidelines.  If your weight overlaps between two spring weights, consider your terrain and riding style.  Aggressive riders in fast terrain may be better served by going with the heavier spring weight.
