When i make a booking via your online booking form, how do receive my postage label?
Your custom postage label will be issued to you at the final step of the booking process. It is usually on screen, or in your computer's 'downloads' folder.  There is also a link to this via the confirmation email in your inbox.
I do not have a printer, how do i access the free postage label? 
Your local post office can scan the barcoded label off your smartphone or tablet, and print the label for you in store at Australia Post shops. 
How long does it take for my items to reach your workshop? 
This can be calculated on the Australia Post website link below.

Can i track and trace my items once they are sent? 
Yes, simply copy the article id number found on your barcoded label (NOT THE BOOKING NUMBER) and paste it below to track it's progress. 
Which shipping method do you use for return postage of my items? 
We send all rear shocks and seatposts via EXPRESS
We send forks (and any accompanying shocks) via REGULAR 
Approx delivery times may vary for the above services
Which shipping method do you use for orders placed online? 
We send all orders via express where possible, except for some bulky, heavy and or hazardous items, which are sent via regular road freight. Transit times can be calculated on the Australia Post website.
