FAQ:

Q: What is the procedure for sending my 11-6 shock to you for a service or service quote?

A: You can book your shock in for service using our simple online booking form here: Once your booking is completed, you will be able to download your free delivery label online (or via the confirmation email) which is ready for you to print, attach to the parcel and drop off the items at your local Australia Post outlet, or in a Yellow street side post box. If you prefer to drop off at our workshop, just book online and or just bring it in when convenient. On or off the bike is fine - There are no additional charges for bringing it on on the bike.

Once your shock is received and inspected, we will contact you with the repair quote if requested, and carry out the necessary repairs within 24-48hrs. You will then be emailed all the service information including what was done, what parts were used, how long it took and how to make payment.

Q: What is carried out in a typical service by Cyclinic?

A: Each service at Cyclinic begins with a thorough inspection and test of the shocks condition. We then clean the shock. Next up, we remove the spring, mounting hardware, and deconstruct, dumping all the old oil and seals. All components are then cleaned using an exclusive isopropyl formula, inspected for damage or wear and we then complete the service quote if required. ALL seals are replaced and the fork or shock is rebuilt with new high performance suspension fluid. The shock's reservoir is then inflated to Push's recommended pressure using nitrogen. The shock's function is checked, and is tested before getting boxed and prepped for sending home to its owner. An invoice for payment is then sent prior to return shipping.

Q: What is the turnaround time for services?

A: Most ElevenSix shock services are completed, tested and ready for return within 2-5days of arriving at our workshop. Some more extensive services may take an extra day or two at most.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on service work?

A: Yes, we provide a 3 month service warranty from date of service. This warranty is subject to our discretion and may not cover your recently serviced shock if it is subject to wear or misuse.

Q: Do you service all year models of the Push ElevenSix Shocks?

A: YES!
